Pastor Denise Baldwin
Elder Denise Baldwin is one of the Executive Pastors of the Deliverance Jesus Is Coming Church of Irvington, NJ. She is active in her church, overseeing the Outreach Efforts, education department, the Annual National Conference, and so much more. Pastor Baldwin was introduced to Christ in her teenage years and learned to serve others, which she understands to be a crucial requirement as a follower of Christ. She has been an instrumental teacher, mentor, leader, office administrator, and Bible Institute Instructor.
Pastor S. Lewis Fleming
Executive Pastor Selton Lewis Fleming accepted Christ as his personal Savior at a young age and was led to share His gospel soon after. He earned a Certificate in Biblical Studies at Bethel Bible Institute, (Queens, NY) and deepened his understanding of the scriptures through courses at Bethesda Church of God in Christ Bible School (Newark, NJ) under the esteemed guidance of the late Bishop Nathaniel Screven.
Pastor Fleming passionately believes that we are all created with a unique purpose, and it is our sacred duty to 'find your niche' and use it to glorify God. For more than 52 years, Pastor Fleming has shared a beautiful partnership with his beloved wife, Shirley. They have 2 daughters, a son-in-law, 2 grandchildren.
Pastor Addison Hardy
Addison Hardy, Certified Public Accountant earned his degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and has balanced his professional career with dedication to the Lord, family, and community.
As board member of the Bowery and Goodwill Rescue Missions, Elder Hardy created and participated in programs that served the poor and needy of New York and New Jersey. Addison Hardy is an executive pastor at the Deliverance Jesus Is Coming Church in Irvington, NJ. Pastor Hardy has served as bible instructor at various bible institutes, as well as seminar leader throughout the country ministering on issues such as finance, leadership, marriage, spiritual growth, etc.. He also ministers with his wife, Dr. Cheryl Hardy, PhD.
Pastor Lore Sweet
Dr. Lore M. Sweet was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and accepted Jesus as a teenager. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Empire State University and a Masters of Divinity and Doctorate of Ministry in Pastoral Care and Counseling from New Brunswick Theological Seminary. Currently preparing for licensure and certification under the National Christian Counseling Association, Pastor Sweet serves on the Executive Board at Deliverance Jesus Is Coming and is known as the "go-to" person for ministry administration and project support. Dr. Sweet and her husband Barry are the proud parents of one son, 4 daughters, and 7 grandchildren.
